Project summary DigiPath

The DigiPath project seeks to strengthen and improve the cross-border healthcare system in the field of pathology through digitalization and telemedicine. By establishing a digital platform, the project will enable the storage, exchange, and analysis of high-resolution histological samples, enhancing diagnostic accuracy and speed, reducing geographical barriers, and facilitating collaboration among pathologists from partner regions.

In addition, the project will contribute to the development of a joint educational and research program through training workshops and scientific studies, including comparisons of traditional and digitized diagnostic methods. Expected outcomes include the publication of scientific papers, presentations at international congresses, and long-term cooperation in the field of digital pathology.

The implementation of this project will drive innovations in the diagnostic process, optimize workflows, and raise healthcare service standards in both cross-border regions.
